Once opening the box, and taking the all important picture, assembly was really straightforward. Once that was done, it was the process of opening the trolley and getting used to doing that from the locked position. The one thing I would say is it hits just on top of the mud guards on the floor before you open, so that could maybe be a point to change because when you close it up for transport again, it again just sits on the mud guards which will in time scratch. I know in the video it shows that it is easy to transport but the trolley is quite a lump and slightly awkward to pick up and put in the car. There is only one way of doing it and there is laying it flat on the wheels because of the battery compartment is sticking up so it would rock on a flat surface.
Use on the course was a real joy it changes from golf cart to standing up really nicely and smoothly. The turn circle is very wide and does take some time to get used to. And initially the frame itself seems a little bit flimsy but is actually very solid when riding along at quite a pace as you can do in fast mode. With the accelerator and the brake it’s best to feather them as you use them. In cart mode it seems to pull away quite quick and then stop quite quick as it does when you’re in driving mode. The braking is very good and using that downhill you absolutely must feather it because it is very sharp and I could see problems or accidents happen if you just slammed on the brakes.
The biggest disappoint is the umbrella holder that shortly after using and driving around was falling off to the side and not strong enough to get the umbrella upright when turning. A better, stronger, attachment would also help in the future. Which I will try to buy separately.
It’s early days yet but I feel that the use of the birdies pro cart will just get better with age and simpler to use as I get more experienced with using it every time I go golf
Firstly, the service from the Only Birdies team has been first class. I’ve used my Birdie Glide for 2 rounds and it has been really excellent and a number of fellow club members have been very impressed with the look and built quality. It separates into 2 half’s and I can get both and clubs in the back of my SUV. Buy with confidence.
i bought one of these never again ed cheeted me returning back to him £52 I just took it out on the floor of my house sent it back he said I scratched the mudguard I had nothing in my hand I had to pay £250 be careful

You seem to keep deleting your review and posting the same thing every month. You have had many of detailed explanations for the reasoning as to why we can not cover return costs. We have emailed you evidence of the damage you had caused, I understand that you only tested the scooter in your living room, however, the damaged scooter was not able to be sold as a new unit and it was sold as a used unit due to the damage.
Used it this morning for the 1st time, amazing so pleased with it only problem when folding down to put in the car one of the wheel pins will not pull out😩

The scooter is as hoped, extremely well made and should last for ages. The assembly video is a a really useful aid.
It’s a bit heavier than you might think but that’s the trade off for its robust construction.

Although there was a short delay with the delivery I was kept informed. I suffer from arthritis in my ankle and have played for years in a great deal of pain. This is the 1st time I can remember finishing a round pain free & not absolutely shattered. This scooter is the most expensive golf purchase I've ever made, but certainly the best. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I have pre ordered this scooter for a February delivery and have had fantastic communication from the moment that i contacted Only Birdies. They have answered all of my questions and have been in contact when the delivery time got pushed back, through no fault of theirs.
