Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and parts included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Depending on the product, we may assist with arranging a courier return.

Inspection of Goods

Customers are entitled to inspect products in the same way they would in a retail store to determine their suitability.

This may include removing the item from its packaging and viewing the product.

However, products must not be used beyond reasonable inspection. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Riding or operating electric scooters
• Using products outdoors
• Fully assembling and operating equipment
• Returning items with visible wear, marks, or dirt

If a product has been used beyond reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to reflect the reduction in value of the goods, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Electric Golf Scooter Returns

Electric golf scooters are considered powered mobility equipment.

Due to safety and resale considerations, scooters that have been:

• Ridden
• Used outdoors
• Assembled and operated
• Returned with visible signs of use

may not be eligible for a full refund.

If a scooter has been used beyond reasonable inspection, it may be subject to deductions from the refund to reflect loss in value and refurbishment costs, or in some cases may not be accepted for return if it cannot be resold.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Due to the size and weight of electric golf scooters, return courier costs may be significant. We recommend retaining the original packaging to ensure safe transport.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is:

• Defective
• Damaged
• Incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants)
• Custom or personalised products
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a European Union address, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 dayswithout providing a reason.

Items must still be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they were received.

If goods have been used beyond reasonable inspection, we may deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any reduction in value, in accordance with consumer regulations.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
