At Only Birdies, our support doesn't end when your scooter is delivered.

Our aim is to keep your scooter running reliably and, if something does go wrong, get you back on the golf course with as little inconvenience as possible.

Technical Support

If you experience an issue with your scooter, please contact us at info@onlybirdies.co.uk.

Many issues can be diagnosed without needing to transport the entire scooter back to us.

We may ask you to provide:

  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs.
  • A short video showing the problem.
  • Your order details and scooter information.

This allows us to identify the problem and determine the quickest and most appropriate solution.

Replacement Parts & Simple Repairs

Our scooters are designed so that many components can be replaced individually without the need to return the entire scooter.

Where an issue is covered by warranty and can reasonably be resolved by replacing a component, we may send the replacement part directly to you at no cost.

Depending on the issue, this could include components such as:

  • Release or locking pins.
  • Displays and screens.
  • Controllers.
  • Cables and electrical connections.
  • Switches and controls.
  • Other replaceable components.

Many straightforward parts can be replaced using basic tools and clear instructions provided by Only Birdies.

If you're not comfortable carrying out a repair yourself, please let us know. Where appropriate, we can arrange or help coordinate a repair through an authorised repairer or competent technician.

More Complex Repairs

Where a fault requires specialist attention, we will advise you on the most appropriate next step.

Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include:

  • Arranging a repair with an authorised repairer.
  • Helping coordinate a suitable local repair.
  • Returning the affected component to us for inspection or repair.
  • Returning the scooter where necessary.
  • Replacing the affected component.
  • Replacing the product where appropriate.

Our aim is always to choose a solution that resolves the issue within a reasonable time and with as little inconvenience as possible.

Spare Parts

We keep a selection of commonly required spare parts for our electric golf scooters in the UK to help minimise downtime.

Due to the specialist nature of our products, it is not practical to hold every individual component in stock at all times.

Where a required part is not immediately available, we will order it from our manufacturer and keep you informed of the expected timescale.

Replacement parts required for an accepted warranty repair will be supplied in accordance with the terms of our warranty and your statutory rights.

Warranty Support

Our electric golf scooters are supplied with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Where a warranty claim is accepted, the appropriate solution will depend on the nature of the fault. This may include supplying a replacement part, arranging a repair, returning an affected component or scooter for inspection, or replacement where appropriate.

The fact that an individual component develops a fault does not necessarily mean the entire scooter needs to be returned.

Wherever reasonably possible, we will look for the simplest solution that minimises inconvenience and gets you back on the golf course quickly.

Our manufacturer's warranty and aftercare service are provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
